Legacy Funds

The Capital Improvements Fund

This fund will be used to facilitate upgrades to the infrastructure of the school to meet the dynamic nature of education, as well as building maintenance while preserving the School’s historic architectural integrity. We hope to be able to fund significant capital upgrades by providing state of the art:

1. Athletic training facilities;
2. Art and Language laboratories; and
3. Science laboratories.

The Fund for Sports & the Arts

This fund will be used to assist with the costs associated with developing the following skills among current students: Language, Literary, Painting/Sculpting, Music, Dance, Theatre/Cinema, Photography, and Debate. Funds will be directed to scholarships, provision of materials and teaching aids, as well as the provision of necessary faculty support.

The Scientific Innovation & Entrepreneurship Fund

This fund will be used to assist with the costs associated with the business and science programmes at the School. Funds will be directed to scholarships, provision of materials and teaching aids, as well as the provision of necessary faculty support.

The Montague Barrow Benevolent Fund

The purpose of this fund is to support the school’s Armstrong Fund, which currently covers the expenses associated with the School’s feeding programme. This fund also seeks to assist Harrisonians who have fallen on hard times and can demonstrate need by way of means testing.
